SoulSync is a social and dating app that helps people create a profile, discover compatible users, like profiles, match, and chat in real time.

You can create an account using the registration flow in the app. Depending on the available login options, you may also be able to use Google sign-in.

Yes. SoulSync supports account deletion. When an account is deleted, the backend is designed to remove the user account and related data, including matches and conversations connected to that account.

Your profile can include details such as your name, birth date, gender, bio, job, reason for using the app, lifestyle fields, country, photos, hobbies, and preferences.

Profile completion is based on required profile fields, country information, hobbies, and photos. A complete photo section requires six pictures. Interests are not counted toward profile completion.

Yes. If profile visibility is turned off, your profile should not appear in discovery, nearby users, top ranking, likes, matches lookup, or public user-fetching features.

Yes. SoulSync supports profile photo uploads. Uploaded photos are served securely from the backend and can be used in your profile and matching experience.

You can like another user. If both users like each other, SoulSync creates a match. Matches can then lead to conversations.

SoulSync can limit the number of likes a user can make per day. The current user profile response may include how many likes remain.

Match percent is a compatibility score calculated from profile data, preferences, location, and shared attributes. It is shown in user discovery and ranking features where available.

Activity points reflect how active a user is in the app. Actions such as sending likes, messages, creating matches, uploading photos, adding a bio, and updating profile fields can increase activity points.

Yes. SoulSync supports real-time chat through Socket.IO. The chat system can deliver new message events while users are connected.

SoulSync can notify users about new messages, new likes, and new matches through the app's socket connection.

When a match is removed, the backend is designed to remove the match records and delete the conversation messages for that match.

Location can be used to show nearby users, calculate distance, and improve matching. You can manage location permissions on your device.

If your profile is visible, it may appear in matching and discovery features. If profile visibility is off, SoulSync should hide your profile from those fetching endpoints.
