Child Safety Standards

Published standards for SoulSync, a dating app for adults. Effective date: June 14, 2026.

Zero Tolerance For CSAE

SoulSync explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, sextortion, and any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or harms children.

SoulSync is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. Users may not create accounts, upload content, send messages, or use any feature of SoulSync to exploit or harm a minor.

In-App Reporting And User Feedback

SoulSync provides user reporting and blocking tools so users can report suspected abuse, illegal content, harassment, fake profiles, or safety concerns. Reports involving child safety are prioritized for review.

Users and non-users may also report child safety concerns directly to the SoulSync child safety point of contact listed below.

Review, Removal, And Escalation

When SoulSync identifies or receives a report involving suspected CSAE, CSAM, or child endangerment, we may remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information where legally required, and report suspected CSAM or illegal conduct to appropriate authorities or child safety organizations as required by applicable law.

SoulSync cooperates with lawful requests from law enforcement and complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations.
