How To Delete Your Data
If you signed in to SoulSync using Facebook and want your data deleted, you can delete your account directly inside the SoulSync app.
- Open the SoulSync app.
- Go to your profile or settings screen.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm that you want your account and related data deleted.
After confirmation, SoulSync deletes or removes access to your profile, photos, matches, messages, login data, and other account data stored by SoulSync.
If You Cannot Access Your Account
If you cannot log in to the app, you can request deletion by email. Send your request from the email address connected to your SoulSync account.

Facebook Login Data
SoulSync uses Facebook Login only to help you sign in or create an account. When your SoulSync account is deleted, data connected to that account through Facebook Login is also removed from SoulSync systems.
